The following redelivery options are available:
1. Same Delivery Address – redelivery to the original address
2. Alternative Delivery Address – delivery to a different address (e.g. your work premises or a neighbour)*
3. Collect from DHL Service Point – collect your shipment at your own convenience from one of our retail partners*
* Please note that some DHL customers do not allow delivery to an alternative address or collection from a DHL Service Point. If we are unable to fulfil your redelivery request for this reason, we will contact you directly to make new arrangements using the phone number or email address provided.
Our standard delivery times are between 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
